RETURN POLICY


Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read the following return policy for all online orders:

Return Window:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned unwornunwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Checkout+:

  • If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included,
    allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or
    exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our
    customer portal.
  • If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are
    still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are
    responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels can be
    purchased through our customer portal.

Restocking Fee:

  • 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please click the Returns link in the footer, and enter your order number to start the return process.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions, and a return label will be generated for you if you Opted-in to Checkout+ at the initial checkout. If not, you will need to purchase a return label through the customer portal.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and returned to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee, to your original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns received after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
