Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

1. Product Availability & Pre-Order System
Limited Inventory: Products with zero inventory are still offered on a pre-order basis.
Pre-order Period: Pre-orders will be accepted until December 20, 2025. During this time, customers can secure the garment by placing a pre-order, which will be processed when the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is met.
Production and Shipping Timeline: The product is produced in Turkey, and typical production time is 6-8 weeks (including shipment to the USA). Customers should expect up to 8 weeks for delivery from the date of order confirmation.
Pre-order Guarantee: By placing a pre-order, customers are guaranteed the new color variant once the MOQ is met. No further customs or duties required.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Pre-order Fulfillment
MOQ Requirement: The new fulfillment order will only proceed into production if we receive enough pre-orders to meet the MOQ set by the manufacturer. This MOQ must be reached by December 20, 2025.
What Happens If MOQ Is Not Met:
If pre-orders do not exceed the MOQ within the pre-order period, the pre-order campaign will be cancelled, and customers will be fully refunded. Customers will be notified of the cancellation via email.
What Happens If MOQ Is Met:
If the pre-orders exceed the MOQ, we will proceed with production and fulfillment. Pre-order payments will be applied directly to the cost of the new shipment.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the MOQ is reached, and the product will ship according to the production timeline (6-8 weeks).
3. Order and Payment Terms
Pre-order Payment: All pre-orders are charged immediately upon placement. This secures your garment in the next shipment.
Refunds: If the MOQ is not met once the pre-order period ends, customers will receive a full refund. Otherwise, pre-order payments are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the fulfillment of the order (e.g., manufacturer error, out-of-stock issues).
Payment Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation of your pre-order along with an estimated delivery time once the MOQ is reached and production begins.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Timeline: Pre-ordered items will be shipped directly from Turkey, with an estimated delivery time of 6-8 weeks from the end of the pre-order period.
Tracking Information: Once the product is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Customs & Duties: Handled by BALM. Garment price includes all fees.

6. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: All pre-orders are final and non-refundable once you place your order. However, if the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is not met at the end of the pre-order period, your pre-order will be fully refunded, and production will not proceed.
